What is Symphony by Wix setup?
Symphony by Wix setup is configuring Wix's AI agent platform around how your business actually works: choosing a plan, connecting your calendar, inbox, CRM and other tools, training custom agents on your tone and rules, and putting approvals in place. It suits solo operators and teams of up to 10 people who want working agents without the trial and error.
What's included in our Symphony by Wix setup
Symphony is Wix's product, and you subscribe to it directly with Wix. We set it up, then run and tune it with you. Everything below uses features Wix has documented.
Connecting your tools
We connect the tools each job needs, such as your calendar, inbox and CRM, plus Slack, Salesforce, Monday, Notion and the other integrations Symphony supports. Each agent gets access only to what its work requires.
Custom agents trained on your business
Alongside the six core agents (Outreach, Marketing, Scheduling, Research, Finance and Design), Symphony lets you create custom agents and train them on your tone, rules and business logic. We write those instructions the way you'd brief a new hire: what to say, what never to promise, which prices and policies to quote exactly, and when to stop and ask.
Approval workflows and team permissions
Symphony agents work inside approved workflows and flag key actions for your approval. We decide with you which actions need sign-off, such as customer messages, purchases and record changes, and set up roles and permissions for team members on shared projects.
Connecting your Wix site and back office
If your business runs on Wix, signing Symphony in to that business lets it see your sites and back office. We connect it and check what the agents can see. Not on Wix? Symphony still works, though you need a Wix account.
Stripe Link agent payments (US businesses)
Symphony supports Stripe Link's "Wallet for Agents," so agents can make purchases you approve via WhatsApp or SMS within a 10-minute window, without ever seeing card details. It works with US-based Link accounts in US dollars, and we set it up only if you want agents buying things.
A playbook and team training
A written playbook covers which agents do what, the approval rules, how to read the daily morning meeting summary and what to do when something looks wrong. We walk your team through it on a live call.
Monthly tuning (optional)
We review credit use against your plan, read agent output, tighten instructions where agents drift and add agents or connections as you grow.
Is Symphony the right fit?
Symphony is designed for solo operators and businesses of up to 10 people. It tends to fit when:
- You want help with outreach, marketing, scheduling, research, finance admin or simple design work.
- Your tools are mainstream ones Symphony already connects to.
- You'd rather pay a monthly subscription than fund a development project.
If you depend on complex or custom systems, need data kept on your own infrastructure, or work under strict compliance rules, custom AI agent development is the better route. If your process follows the same steps every time, an AI automation workflow can be cheaper and more predictable.

Symphony setup starts from $500, as a one-time fee.
What affects the price:
- Number of tools to connect each connection is configured, permission-checked and tested.
- Number of custom agents each needs instructions, rules and testing against real examples.
- Approval and team setup more team members and roles mean more permissions to plan.
- Agent payments Stripe Link setup for US businesses, if you want it.
Optional monthly support for tuning and new agents is quoted based on how much your agents do.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Wix website to use Symphony?
No. Symphony works for businesses on Wix, on other platforms or without a website, but you need a Wix account. Every Symphony plan includes one year of a free Wix Light Premium plan if you build a site.
How much does Symphony by Wix setup cost?
Our setup starts from $500 as a one-time fee, depending on how many tools you connect and how many custom agents you need. Optional monthly support is quoted separately. Your Symphony subscription is paid directly to Wix, from a free plan up to $80 per month at the time of writing.
Is Wix Engine an official Symphony partner?
No. Symphony is a Wix product, our only relationship with Wix is as a Wix Legend Partner, and we have no special access to Symphony. What we bring is experience building AI agents and Wix projects.
Which tools can Symphony connect to?
Wix names calendar, inbox, CRM, payments, Slack, Salesforce, Monday, Notion, Shopify and Zendesk among its integrations, and higher plans allow more connections. On the first call we check that the tools you rely on are supported.
Will Symphony agents act without my approval?
Symphony agents work inside workflows you approve and flag key actions for your approval in the Symphony app. During setup we decide with you which actions require sign-off. We recommend keeping customer messages, purchases and record changes behind approval at first.
What happens if our Symphony credits run out?
Agents pause until credits renew or you upgrade, and unused credits don't roll over. During setup we estimate your usage and choose a plan with headroom; with monthly tuning, we flag it before you run short.
