Yes, when it's built correctly. Next.js sends complete server-rendered HTML, handles metadata, sitemaps and structured data in code, and makes passing Core Web Vitals easier. The framework won't rank a site on its own, though. Content and links still matter, and mistakes like rendering key content only in the browser or skipping redirects can undo the advantage.
