UI/UX Design Services for Websites, SaaS Products and Apps

Our UI/UX design services turn loose requirements into interfaces people understand at first glance — researched, wireframed, prototyped in Figma and handed off so developers build exactly what you approved.

Wireframe on paper: UI/UX and brand design by Wix Engine

What are UI/UX design services?

UI/UX design services cover how a digital product works — research, user flows, information architecture, wireframes and testing — and how it looks and feels: layout, typography, color, components and motion. They're for companies launching a website, SaaS product or app, or fixing one that confuses users. You get tested designs and a developer-ready Figma file.

Website, SaaS and app design we deliver

Pick the pieces you need, or let us run the full process from research to handoff.

Website UI design

Marketing sites, landing pages and online stores designed so each page has one clear job: move the visitor to the next step. Desktop, tablet and mobile layouts are designed together, not squeezed in afterward. Need it built in code? Our custom website development team takes it from there.

SaaS UI design

Dashboards, onboarding, settings, billing and data-heavy tables designed for people who use your product every day. We cut steps from frequent tasks and make empty states, errors and permission limits obvious instead of mysterious.

Mobile and web app UI

iOS and Android interfaces that follow each platform's conventions, plus responsive web apps and client portals. Designs are ready for our mobile app development team or yours.

User research and usability testing

Stakeholder and user interviews, analytics and heatmap reviews, competitor audits, and usability tests on prototypes, so decisions rest on evidence rather than internal guesswork.

Wireframes and information architecture

Sitemaps, user flows and low-fidelity wireframes that settle structure and content priority before anyone debates colors or fonts.

Interactive Figma prototypes

Clickable prototypes that behave like the finished product — for stakeholder sign-off, investor demos and user testing before a line of code is written.

Design systems and component libraries

Color, type and spacing tokens set up as Figma variables, plus a component library with every state and variant — buttons, inputs, tables, modals — that keeps new screens consistent and maps cleanly to code components.

Interaction design and motion

Micro-interactions, transitions and animated illustrations designed in After Effects and exported as Lottie files, which stay lightweight and sharp at any screen size.

Figma design and developer handoff

Our Figma design services end with annotated files in Dev Mode: specs, responsive behavior, exported assets and interaction notes. We stay available during the build to answer questions.

UX audits

A structured review of an existing site or product against usability principles, accessibility basics such as contrast and focus states, and your analytics — with a prioritized list of fixes for teams not ready for a full redesign.

When you need a UI/UX design agency

  • You're launching a SaaS product or MVP and need screens your developers can build from.
  • Visitors reach your site but don't sign up, book or buy, and you can't see where they drop off.
  • Your product grew one feature at a time, and now every screen looks different.
  • Support tickets keep asking how to do basic tasks.
  • You're raising money and need a prototype that shows the product clearly.
  • Developers lose hours guessing spacing, states and responsive behavior.

If you need a straightforward Wix site and already know what it should say, our Wix website design service covers design and build together — a separate UX phase would be overkill.

Why choose Wix Engine for UI/UX design

Designers who work beside developers

We've delivered 2,000+ projects since 2014 as one design and development team. Our designs account for real build constraints — CMS structures, platform limits, page speed — so what you approve is what gets built.

Platform-aware design

Wix Studio, Webflow, Shopify and a Next.js app each have different layout systems and limits. We design to each platform's strengths, which keeps build costs and timelines predictable.

Evidence before opinion

Research, analytics and usability tests drive our decisions. When we recommend a change, we explain the user problem it solves.

Files your team can work with

Figma files with named layers, documented components and a clear page structure, easy for your team or a future designer to pick up. Once the project is paid in full, the files are yours.

How much do UI/UX design services cost?

Starts from
$1,500

Full website UI/UX design starts from $1,500. SaaS products, apps and design systems are quoted after a discovery call.

What affects the price:

  • Unique templates or screens a six-template marketing site and a sixty-screen app are very different jobs.
  • Research depth a light competitor review versus interviews and several rounds of usability testing.
  • Design system scope a simple style guide versus a full component library with tokens.
  • Prototype fidelity and motion detailed clickable flows and Lottie animations add time.
  • Platforms desktop, mobile web and native apps each need their own layouts.

Work with us on a fixed-price project, a monthly design retainer for product teams, sized to the hours you need, or hourly at $45/hour (minimum 40-hour block) for audits and design changes. Send your brief and you'll have an exact estimate within 48 hours.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How much do UI/UX design services cost?

Website UI/UX design with Wix Engine starts from $1,500. SaaS dashboards, mobile apps and design systems are priced by scope — mainly the number of screens, the depth of research and testing, and whether you need a component library. After a free call, we send an exact estimate within 48 hours.

What is the difference between UI and UX design?

UX design is how a product works: its structure, user flows and the path someone takes to finish a task. UI design is how it looks and responds: layout, typography, color, buttons and motion. Good products need both, because a beautiful interface still fails if people can't find what they came for.

How long does a UI/UX design project take?

A marketing website typically takes 2–4 weeks from discovery to final Figma files, with two revision rounds per page template. SaaS products and apps usually take 4–10 weeks, depending on the number of screens and research rounds. Your proposal includes a week-by-week plan showing when each review happens.

Do I get the Figma source files?

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you receive the full Figma files — components, prototypes and exported assets — transferred to your own Figma workspace. Everything is organized and labeled so your team or any future designer can keep working from it without starting over.

Can you design for Wix Studio, Webflow or Shopify?

Yes. We design around each platform's layout system and limits, so the result can be built without expensive workarounds. Because we also develop on these platforms, we can take your design straight into build, or hand it to your own developers with platform-specific notes.

Do you include user research and usability testing?

Yes, scaled to your budget. Smaller projects get a competitor review, an analytics check and a quick prototype test. Larger projects add user interviews, journey mapping and several rounds of usability testing. Research is the cheapest stage to catch a wrong assumption — much cheaper than after development.

Can you redesign our SaaS product's UI without rebuilding the app?

Often, yes. We can redesign the interface layer — screens, components and styling — while your back end and data stay as they are. A design system makes this practical: your developers replace old components with new ones screen by screen, rather than shipping one risky all-at-once release.

Will you work with our in-house developers?

Yes. We hand off in Figma Dev Mode with specs, responsive rules, component states and assets, then stay available for questions during the build. You can also book design QA, where we review builds against the designs and flag gaps before release.
